Lol! I had to have my hubby move to another room because it's become so bad and I am already getting almost no sleep at it is. He told me he'd lose some weight (it was better when he was a few pounds lighter), but so far he hasn't lost any...he's still got 4 weeks :) He tried those nasal strips and they worked a little. He tried some throat spray tho and it didn't work at all, but it did work for his friend. Good luck...that's a hard one! ↑ |

Oh yes, i have been in a similar position with my new boyfriend ( broken up now ) i used to DREAD him coming to stay the night because i got no sleep with his flippen snoring !!! Ever since i was a kid mum had to give me my own bedroom because even heavy breathing would ANNOY the crap out of me !!! Izzy doesnt snore, so no problem there.. I figured my next boyfriend wil have to be a NON SNORER ! ↑ |

You should have Mark tested for sleep apnea. Many people who snore have it. ↑ |

ya i agree on the sleep apinia thing, My dad has it and our friend just had surgery for it. and losing weight helps alot too. chris snores sometimes but i just wake him up and make him lay on his side, he only does it when hes on his back. ] snoring is sooo annoying lol ↑ |
