I am experiencing some swelling. My question is..... I had surgery on my ankle about 18 years ago I was 12. That ankle is so swolen all the time, my other ankle doesn't look anything like it. Did anyone have a similiar problem or have any idea as to why this may be happening?

have u been tested for pre eclampsia? and usually around now i am 30.4 weeks, its common for swelling.. they say increase water intake, reduce salt intake, but i notice my knees hurtmore so now than they did after having surgery on them and recovering haha .. i guess the area just flares up, kind of like arthritis and cold weather, yanno. anyways you should ask ur doctor if you're unsure.

My blood pressure is fine, it just must be from the injury. Just looking for peoples input or ideas.

Put on a cold pack, keep it elevated. See your doctor if it starts hurting or gets worse
