I was just wondering if anyone has heard about drinking organic tea during pregnancy? I want to try "Yogi Tea- Mother to be Tea" but I am not sure. The ingredients are: raspberry leaf, peppermint leaf, stinging nettle leaf, dandelion leaf and root, spearmint leaf, lemon flavor, anise seed and cardamom seed. All organic. Thanks!

There are a number of herbs that one should not consume in large amounts during pregnancy, so when buying herbal teas, check the ingredients. I have a list of over 30 herbs to avoid, including: angelica, comfrey, ginger root, ginseng, licorice, nutmeg, parsley, rhubarb, sage, sarsparilla. =

They say raspberry hearbal teas and ones like that are fine. =
