You said you would be 2 weeks 3 days pregnant. That would mean you are OVULATING NOW! You would not be able to test for another 2 weeks. 2 weeks 3 days is not even pregnant yet. ↑

randi her first day of her last af was june 20,2007 so she would actually be 2 weeks if she is. so she should be able to test and it should either say + or - ↑
