I'm 38 weeks and having a lot of painful twinges. almost like a pulled muscle but very low in the pelvic region. anyone else have or have had this? Anyone know what causes it or how to get rid of it?

I've asked my dr. about it checked the normal too. Everything looked fine but it's still anoying. I'm having braxton hicks too but the twinges are different from contractions. Thanks for the input julie!

I am 35 weeks i think i have had this too it feels like a really sharp pain on and off far down in your pelvous i thought maybee it was the baby jabbing my bladder or something it does get uncomfortable

hey its jen, that is the sciatic nerve... (sorry i dont know how to spell it) i had it too, and it was hard to walk, painful to sit. everytime i lifted my leg to walk i got shooting pains... right up to week 38 and how weird.... im almost due and the sciatica has dissappeared! i guess she dropped or something or changed positions!
but now i do have those sharp pains on my bladder, so i dont know which hurts worse!
