Just like in the fairy tale where the papa bear was too much, baby bear was too little, and mama bear got it just right, so should real-life moms-to-be when it comes to getting their pregnancy weight just right. Too much or too little at this crucial time can lead to health risks for both mother and baby.

I'm 5 months along, and have gained only about 4 lbs. But, I do have 20 lbs still left over from last pregnancy, so the doc told me not to worry about it.

Yep, I gained 26lb, which is ideal for my pre preggo weight of 97lb. I'm now around 110lb, which is fabulous cause I needed to gain a little weight, so pregnancy was good for me.

I'm 5 months and got yelled at by the doctor because I had lost 6 lbs. I just went back for another appointment and had gained 2 lbs. I'm finding it hard to gain weight.
