once a day. if you have it more than once a day, it lowers the sperm count by 41%. ↑

If you want the sperm count to be at it's maximun--you have to wait 36 hours. So, when mwe were trying--we went for ever other day. You have to give the body time to re-build it's sperm.... I only know about the 36 hours because I worked in a hospital lab and that is what we had to tell all the Men who came in for the sperm counts..... Not only that, but sperm live for a couple of days, You really don't need to do it that often because you still have live ones in there. (little swimmers) Good Luck! ↑

my husband and i were having a hard time conceiving and my doctor told us to do it every other day. it worked! ↑

every other day is best according to my doc. you'll have a higher sperm count that way. ↑
