I am 10 wks along and have next appt coming up. Will we be able to hear the heartbeat? When did you hear your baby's for the first time? ↓

most likely not. i went in at 12 weeks and i didnt hear a thing. it scared me at first, but i had a sonogram and it came up on there, so everything was fine. my next appointment was when i was 19 weeks and i heard it then, but im not sure if you can hear it sooner. you probably can. ↑

You may be able to. If not they will order an ultrasound and maybe do a transvaginal one and you'll here it then! Good Luck! ↑

Thanks for your replies girls, I had my appt today and I heard the little one's very strong , loud heartbeat! It was incredible!! The doctor told me it was a game of chance at 10 wks to hear it and to not worry if we couldnt, but as soon as she turned it on and put it on my belly, we heard it. I guess the baby wanted to be heard!! ↑

I heard my babys heart beat at 10 weeks.....it was faint but we deff heard it...good luck :) ↑

i went to my doctors appointment and i was 12 weeks and you can hear the heartbeat anywhere from 12-14 weeks depending on you. but the doctor couldnt find it but i heard something it was faint but i heard something so hope my next appointment is better. i am scared too but i know that everythings okay.. ↑

wow how could they possibly hear the heartbat at 7 weeks? It must have been through ultrasound because theres no way a fetal dopplar picked up a heart rate that early. I heard mine at 12 weeks for the first time. ↑
