Hi Coartney! Let me first reccomend to you the "What to expect when your expecting" it has great ideas for all that ails you! I love it! Anyway alot of docotrs don't prescribe much for a cold or allergies, but I think benadryl is realitively harmless, I have taken it for my allergies. The what to expect book reccomends saline nose drops (which help alot) Vicks Vapo Rub, Additional Fluids, Nasal strips, vaporizer or humidifier and nasal strips. Also if you leave your windows open close them and try to sleep with the air on! I hope some of this can help you!! Good luck!!
P.S I added you on myspace!

I have allergies really bad myself. I used Tylenol Sinus for both my allergies and a cold if I ended up with one. Sudafed is also safe to take while pregnant.

The Plain Sudafed is about the only thing my doctor said he would reccommend but thank god so far i havent had to take even that yet which is really shocking because my allergies and sinuses usually knock me down....anyways i hope ya get to feelin better soon Coartney!

if you are unsure about taking any medication, check with your doctor, or, read the instructions you get with the tablets :) or you could always search on google :) good luck
