i've always had constipation even before i got pregnant and now that i am at my Week 3-4, the constipation is worse. i drink tons of water (3-4L), whole bran cereal, brown rice, prune and prune juice, veggies and fruit. what else should i do? i do exercise by walking. i won't get to see that Dr. til Dec when i'm Week 8. so i guess i can't get any over the counter laxative right? anybody has any good remedy? thanks! ↓
