Yes pre-cum comes out as soon as the guy gets all hot and bothered. He knows that he just doesn' t want responsibility. Every guy knows that he has liquid that comes out of his penis when he is horny and that is called pre-cum. That is why i don't know why girls think they can't get pregnant pulling out!!LOL!! | A guy probably doesn't feel it, it's just something that happens when he starts to get excited. Just like when women get excited and start to get wet. You can't control when it happens, and it's not more than a little moisture on the tip of his penis, so it's not like it's anything very obvious. But you can get pregnant from it. ↑ |
