NO DRIVING FOR 4 WEEKS
NO STAIRS FOR 6 WEEKS
NO VACUUMING FOR 6 WEKS

IF YOU THINK YOU CAN DO IT TRY FOR A SHORT DISTANCE FIRST.

No driving!
If you had to suddenly stomp on the brakes you may find you don't have the abdominal strength to do so safely. It could really mess you up inside.

MVSavant... do you have an article or something you are going by? I never heard any of this before? Boy if I have something to go on it will be great to not have to take Lexi to school or do the chores!
