Becky don't let him indimate you. Most courts will award custody to the mother. Where do you live? Perhaps I can find some info for you. The only requirement that you MAY have put on you is to stay in the same state but your child will be with you not him. Question ~ You go girl!!! i am a single parent with 2 kids one a newborn...her father abused me to a sad point i got away from him when i became pregnant and as hard as it was i survived and have never been happier....men like that should be ashamed..... ↑

hahaha lola thats funny....but also you have to think about your children also. do you want them to see you and your no good excuse for a man fighting all the time. nope you dont because i went through that and i was holding my son when he was 4 and i got hit and dragged back inside when i was trying to leave......i had to drop my son so he wouldnt get hurt. drop meaning i actually landed on my but when i got hit and i just let go he was 4 and caught his balance.....but he saw it all and now it has taken him almost a year to trust dino. its horrible on your children for them to see that kind of stuff and then you know what if you have a daughter she might grow up thinking its ok to be in that kind of relationship because she seen her mother go through it and if your son sees it he will think its ok to treat his girlfriend that way and get away with it. be carefull with a sorry ass guy because it does and will affect your children in a huge huge way.... ↑
