my family is renting a condo with a pool and waterslide next week but i am due this weekend.... how long do you have to wait to swim if you dont tear or have an episiotomy? or if you do tear how long???? i want to surf!!!

my neices and nephews want me to take them in the pool and stuff but i dont know if i will be able to! you cant wear tampons for lochia, can you? ↓

I think it is a few weeks before you can insert anything in the vagina, also baths are not allowed either .. infections.. Think 3 weeks?? ASk your doc :) ↑

See, if you go overdue at least you get to swim, and it feels so good when you're pregnant! I think you have to be careful with a C-section too. Best to ask your Dr. All I could do for the first 6 weeks till my check up was sitz baths, but that's not really fun. I was told nothing for 6 weeks, not even sex or tampons, but it never hurts to ask. Anyway, you can always put your feet in the pool and still hang out. Good luck with your baby, anytime now! ↑

i know, anytime.... i felt kind of crampy today and some practice contractions, pretty strong but not painful... and no mucus plug or show or anything like that..... but the contractions are kind of frequent... im going to get mexican food tonight,maybe that is not such a good idea!!! ↑
