Honestly, I wasnt aware of it. I do know I was patted with a cool flannel and sometimes asked for it. But, I dont remember it being uncomfy.
Towards the end, about an hour or so before bubs was born, I got all cold and shakey, it wouldnt go away. After he was born, I was normal again! Lol........
My labour was very natural though. I didnt make a sound, just kept breathing. It REALLY helps. Remember not to panic. If you decide on drugs, they may alter your temperature, so bear that in mind.
