i am starting to hate it. i am a credit manager and i deal with all the credit that runst through this division. i also get all the credit card receipts from all the guys on the rig and our truck drivers. each month i get on our banks webpage and code all the receipts and when these guys get a credit card to purchase diesel for there rig or truck or food and gas they have to sign a agreement saying all tickets will be turned in and itemized. well when the ticket is not itemized we have to deduct it from there check plus a $25.00 charge per receipt. alot of the guys have listened to these rules and some havent. i havent been doing the payroll deduction or the extra $25 cause i would be pissed if that happend to me. well i sent out a long memo letting them all know that on may 7,2007 the rules will be enforced and i got like 4 of them that still do not take it serious because they think since they been here for over 15 years that its ok. well i hate doing it but i am going to suck it up and do the duductions this week, i know all of them are going to hate me but oh well they walk all over me thinking i am going to give them another chance. i know one hates me big time because he turned in a ticket where he bought beer and thats a big nono but he also purchased it on his way home in the company truck and thats a bbbbbbiiiiiiiggggggg no no. i told dino (my fiancee) about the ticket and he told me that he was going to write him up because you can not have beer in a company truck at all. he got the write up saturday and while we were at home that guy called and dino didnt answer it but i know he was calling to say something. gosh i just wish these guys would follow directions. (dino works with me he is our safety rep for thoes that dont know)..............
