is it ok to color your hair while ur pregnant? also is it ok to go and get your nails done? every 1 says the color n your hair wont stay cuz of your body changing and its bad to get your nails done because of the smells...... just wondering ↓

no your not supposed to color your hair or get a pedicure bc of the chemicals it gets in your skin and can harm your baby not to mention all of the fumes you would be breathing ↑

I got a pamphlet from my Doctor yesterday that said it's ok to colour your hair and get your nails done while you are pregnant. Just as long as you don't do it often and make sure you are in a well aired room so the chemicals don't stuff up and have no where to escape to.

I see no problem with it and that is the advice my Doctor gave me. ↑
