how do you know when your cervix is dilating? baby has dropped awhile ago so i've had an increase of pelvic pressure almost as if the baby is falling out,but now im having alot of shooting/stinging pains in my vagina.they arent a stabbing sensation, when i get them they last a few minutes. i cant tell if its from the baby or if its signs of my cervix dilating, i was at 1cm thursday. ↓

its more than likely the baby. i had those pains for weeks and weeks and at 39w4d when my water broke, i was still only 1cm. ↑

yup... sounds very similar to what i just started getting.. VERY uncomfortable and sore.. i cant even roll over in bed anymore lol.... ↑
