I was wondering if anyone can share light on my situation.. I am 7 weeks pregnant, and this is my 4th child.. I have not had my first doctor's appointment yet. But today out of no where i was sitting in a chair and i got slight cramping, i went to the bathroom and i bleed like a teaspoon in the toilet, no clots, or tissue, and then after that its been a light, nothing heavy.. Is this a sign of a miscarrige starting to happen, or is it just my body getting use to it.. I called the on call doctor and he says its too early to go to the hospital to do a ultra sound.. but my biggest concern is if i was miscarrying wouldn't it be heavier right from the beginning or is a slow process?? Please help i am worried. ↓

I hate that some doctors say that! I was having some discoloration in my CM when I was 7 weeks so I went to the ER and they did an u/s and the baby was fine.....they showed the heartbeat and everything. If I were you I would go no matter what your doc says....it will make you feel soooo much better. I'm sorry this is happening to you and I know how scary it is but seriously I would go if I were you!

| I had blood on tissue paper when I was about 7 weeks with my first pregnancy. It turned out to be placenta previa (where the placenta was over the cervix). However, it corrected itself by moving up. I hate to say it but most doctors want do anything before 20 weeks. ↑ |

| The bleeding stopped.. All that i passed was like a tea spoon, i am gong to call the doctor tomorrow and make a appointment.. I do not have my first appointment until December 27,. But i am going to make a point to say that i want to make sure everything is alright. Can this be normal sometimes slight bleeding out of no where??? ↑ |

Heya, I'm about 9 weeks now and a few weeks ago I started spotting and I had some good cramping going on. The short story - I went to the doctor's, they did an u/s, everything was fine. Doc said 1 in 4 women bleed like that in the first trimester and they never know why.
When I miscarried the first time, I had severe cramping, a little blood in the beginning which gradually turned into a lot of blood the next day and clots. The second time it was just like having a really bad period with bigger clots right from the beginning.
It doesn't sound like your bleeding too much, so hopefully you're just one of those 1 in 4 who bleed for no reason as everything is ok. It's always safest (and easier on your mind) to see the doctor...hopefully you found a better one than the dolt who told you it's too early to do an u/s. I hope all is well with you. | Hello, I made the appointment for tomorrow they are going to give me a ultra sound... now its the wait, and i am so nervouse, no sleeping for me tonight.... I am still spotting not heavy... the spotting is not bright red, but it is brownish red, the funny thing is i never see it in the toilet, but only on the pad or a little when i wipe. so hopefully it is nothing..... I been readin so much online that i think i brought myself into a nervous state thinking that it could be one thing to another and that is not good... so tomorrow will be the day to know the babys fate.....I hope it is good..... ↑ |

| Brownish red sounds like old blood. Sex in the last week could have contributed to this. Sometimes it could be from placenta previa. ↑ |

| No i did not have sex, and i did not have any strain....The stain kind of has a smell to it....like when your regular period ends... and it is brown... but i am hopeing for the best... and hope it is nothing bad......I will let you know ↑ |

| Hello I went to the doctors and got the ultra sound, baby is fine and i saw the heart beat, I am 7 weeks and 2 days, and the baby is where he/she is suppose to be, so that was a relief. so now all i need to worry about is getting over the crucial 12 week mark....So me and the baby is still on a mission, but so far the doctor said everything was fine. and the bleeding was because of it implanting....ugggghh (brushing the sweat off my forhead) ↑ |

Thats great news!!!!!! I'm so happy for you!!! I told ya you'd feel so much better if you got the baby checked out!!! Now just relax and have a happy and healthy 9 months!
When I went in to have my spotting checked out at 7 weeks I was told to be on bedrest for a week and I soaked up every minute of it and even carried it on for about 3 weeks...LOL. I made DH do everything!!! ↑ |
