oh the constant need to pee i feel like ive had that the whole time. and i hate when i go and its just a trickle. it sucks lol.

shell probably be small but some docs will say oh youre having a 8 pound baby and it comes out 6 and u/s at this stage are inaccurate as well ↑ |

| Danese, I don't want to disappoint you....but you can still tear with a small baby. My little girl was 6 lbs 9 oz, and I had 3 little tears. Start perineal massage -- my doc was doing it during my delivery to try to help, and then asked me afterwards if I had been doing it all along...I was like, no, didn't know I was supposed to. It helps with the flexibility and gets it used to stretching ↑ |

| I didn't know to do the perineal massage with my first, but my doctor used some kind of oil and massaged me during the delivery. It was great - I had one tiny tear that needed one stitch, and my baby was 7.14 lbs. I was pretty happy about it. ↑ |

| Yup - you can definitly still tear (or need an episiotomy) with a small baby. I had to be cut nearly all the way through... and my baby was FIVE pounds! ↑ |

its going HORRIBLE! I can go 6-7 hours without pumping before my boobs are rock hard and going to EXPLODE. so i will pump to relieve the pressure but i dont want to keep pumping because then my boobs will keep producing milk. Grr I just want the pain to go away.

| Ohh i def realise i can still tear...i am just hoping i dont ya know... its a scary thing..i hope i dont tear and i dont need a c-sec cause i dont want to be cut open at all...i have never had anysurgery and it scares me but if its what is best for the baby then thats gret and i will do what i need to do ↑ |

| Hey Whittni, I don't know if you've tried this or not, but if you wear a tight sports bra and then wrap your chest with an ace bandage (it needs to be kind of tight), it can help with the pain of engorgement. Also use ice or frozen peas (something like that) for the pain. Good luck! ↑ |
