Does anybody else experience hot flashes randomly throughout the day? I've been having them all day today. No bueno. ↓

I get that am night pretty bad but that is it. Jay has to sleep on the couch sometimes because he says I put off way tooo much heat. ↑

Ugh, like this really sucks. I've had this stupid headache since sunday morning and I can't get it to go away, and now I'm having hot flashes and can't get comfortable and I'm only half way through my work day :0( ↑

Yeah i've been going through it too, it's horrible. I get them day and night..I have to sleep with a fan blowing air on me. ↑
