How many of you that have had a c-section before, are going to have another one or are you trying vaginal this time. Some places do v-bacs and some places don't.

i had a csection with my son who is about to turn 3 and a repeat section with my daughter 7 weeks ago. my dr. does do v-bacs but i didnt know until the very end of my pregnancy so i opted for the c-section. i guess because i hadnt really been active/walking around alot and they say that if you dont walk during pregnancy you will have a hard time delivering vaginally. I didnt want to go through all the pain only to be told i was gonna have a c-section again. It was alot easier the second time around because i didnt get any staples.

how far along are you?

I had a c section with my son almost a year ago and I will be having a repeat in April. I live 18 hours away from my family, so knowing the date will make it easier. My MIL will be coming to watch my son so my husband can be with me. I also will more than likely have the same complications this time around so I would rather be safe than sorry. I loved my c section.

I had a c-section in 2004 with my son and my doctor strongly recommended a repeat for this pregnancy since I am high risk and I had some complications the first time the kept me from delievering vaginally.

I ended up with a c-section after 34 hours of induced labor and I was still only dilated to FOUR and baby was not handling the contractions well. My hospital does vbacs but only if there's been a period of two years between births.
