Your breasts have been producing colostrum for a long time now so it is possible that it is leaking, so please don't stress. I don't know if you have been going to birthing classes but you would have been told that your body will have practice contractions. If they are extremely painful or frequent then call your doctor or midwife, but I am assuming from what I have been told at my classes and from reading several books that this is normal.
