| yeh it says take them orally 1-2 times a day startig 4 weeks before ur due date and u can start inserting them in the vag at night but to stay laying down so they dissolve and melt and dont fall out ↑ |

| haha soi was just reading and came across this thing that says theres a pressure point roughly about 4 finger width above ur inner ankle that if you massage for 30-60 seconds at a time in a circular motion taking a 1-2 min break in between can cause contractions, same with the pressure point in the webbing between ur finger and thumb ↑ |

| woman ur not even 37 weeks yet are u? ur due date is the 30th, mine now being the 27th, im not even 38 weeks yet AGAIN but yesterday was technically my 38 weeks. im not trying to bring on labor or start it up or anythingim trying to ripen my cervix so that it helps dialate and perhaps induction wont be as rough. ↑ |
