Miint can help u feel like eating less because of the after taste...it does still have calories...once the flaour is gone u have absorbed all the cals...which means if u have like a pack a day of sugar free gum that adds up 2 approx 100cals or more! chewing does burn some cals but still not as much as the gum itself.

chewing mint gums will not make u gain weight.
however if u are eating vast amounts of flavoured gum it will.
e.g. hubba bubba/dubble bubble gum has 5 calories a piece.
So if your eating say a bag of dubble bubble thats 450 calories and 5 packets of hubba bubba is 125 calories.
