i know you have heard this before but please think very hard about ED's.
Im not trying to be nasty to ya cus i know you are after help, but an ED is not something you can have through the winter to get your 'bikini body' then stop when summer comes. it becomes an addiction to that behaviour and a habbit.
What ED has caught your eye?
Try speaking to people on here about their experiences and that might make you think twice.
Easier said than done but there is more to life than a figure. I go to the gym loads and loads, i have tones arms n legs, and the session at the gym makes me feel good in myself, cus i eat a lot of salads and fruit so i am feeling quite a healthy person right now,

| im new wit it too i use a toothbrush and some tips could be if u dont want ur parents to find out eat ur meal and tell the "i'm taking a shower" and while the shower is going puke as much as u can ↑ |

| Honey, the first thing you need to do is think about, why you want to be skinny so bad. If you can think of 1 good reason why you want to be skinny and it can't be because your friends are all skinny and you want to fit in. That is the stupidest reason ever. If your life is important to you and if you want to be healthy, don't think about losing weight, because it can seriously ruin your life if you do not do it the right way. I would advise you to talk to a nutritionist. ↑ |
believe me you dont have to not eat to be skinny. ive been struggleing with my weight issues forever and ive noticed that it helps just to stay active. play a sport or just take a walk with some of your friends.
and if your still dieng to be thin eat low cal foods and snack. or cut snacks right out of your daily diet and just have 3 balanced meals.
