This is my first time in a forum and ive come here because i need help! ... Im really not comftable with the way i look im 5ft 10 and 12stone 7pounds. I want to get down to 10st because im going on holiday soon with my family and a friend is comign with me, my mum has been on and on at me to lose weight because she said i will be embarest being the fat one standing next to my friend in a bakini. Ive never been able to wear anything to flashing before beacause im so self contious. Ive been so upset in the past over my weight and ive been bullied a lot that i have cut at my wrists and overdoased twice. I really need help so if you have any tips please could you help me. I need to lose a lot of weight in a small amount of time.
