I know exactly how you feel . I used to get the same high from the weight lose too, I felt so immortal. I felt like superwoman. Then my body started shutting down. My hair fell out and and I became a very sick girl. I would never lecture or try to scare anyone by telling stories to make them stop what they feel they need to be doing; but the fact is you ARE killing yourself, slowly and methodically. .
