I'm 18 and 135 lbs. I never was this way... my weight was always from 115-125, and now that I've been at this weight for about 9 months, I feel horrible. I've tried change the way I eat. For the past three weeks, I've excercised 4-5 days a week for an hour and a half to an hour, but nothing has happened. I feel like I'm losing so much faith. Is there anything someone can say to make me feel better, to make me want to keep going... because I'm not happy, and I can't take being this weight anymore. I really can't take it.
