My name is Allison and I suffer from bulimia. Last year I went on a low carb diet, I succeeded for 2 weeks and lost 10 pounds. However I gained back all that weight after when I started to binge eat. As I ate more and more, I started to make myself throw up. I have been doing this for about a year on and off. I have gained back my 10 pounds plus another 5 pounds. The only reason why I havent gained more is because I have been throwing it up and exercising steadily. Before I went on the diet, food was never a problem for me. Now I need to stop before I hurt myself seriously. If anyone has any advice please help! ↓
