Ive been trying to loose a lot of weight and recently stopped eating! I found it really hard and soon went back to my normal eating habits.How can i go without eating or eating less than 500 calories a day? It hurts, how can i make it less painful?

Well it does hurt and as you get more into it ur self esteem begins to hurt and ur emotions and everything try eat healthy plz kk
