hey im 18 and im trying to lose weight today ive eaten a muffin and two tea cakes do u think that is to much? ive also done some exercise but it doesnt seem to make a difference i dont know if i want to become to the extreme of anorexia but i feel not eating much is the only way to loose weight i dont want to tell my mom or my doctor or my friends i dont want to worry them

Hey Tess, im 18 too, and have struggled with anorexia and bulimia for a while. It got far worse when i started uni and naturally put on a bit of weight. now im desperate to get the excess weight off. I think you should be eating healthy foods when you do eat, rather than junk. If you wanna chat, im here.

i understand how you ferel. my sister can eat anything and still stay kinda skiinny my mom is tiwg and i just cant help but do sit ups or run and im in volleyball. i made a plan as to i dont eat all week except for thursdays. which is today so i eat like yogart, meat and diet pop. im seeing maybe the differecne since i havent been eating for the 3 days i've lost 9 pounds but still i feel like i need to loose more. all my friends know. i dont want them to do anything and like you i cant tell my mom or my sister or my dad i just dont think its such a big deal. i wish i wasn't so fat. i wish it could be easier than this.. do you have any advice.. my e mail is soccerchick262@hotmail.com please advice.
