It seems everytime i try the smallest piece of chocolate with an hour or so ill need large amounts of it, which end up with me binging on anything that contains chocolate (from cookies- cereal) SO should completely alimiate chocolate from my diet Or should i have it everyday (eg- a chocolate bar after lunch) im not looking 2 loose weight i just wanna stop the giant binging?
