It all depends upon your gender, height, bone structure, and activity level. Men are supposed to eat a minimum of 1500 calories/day and women around 1200. These numbers come from well-researched documentation and textbooks on health and nutrition.

day 1: 250
day 2: 500
day 3: 200
day 4: under 100
day 5: 0

sweetballet thats not a bad idea i dont eat till 9-12pm and then a small meal 200-400cals then i purge it all up.. ive been doing that for about amonth now but for the past year it been a big fight with food ... ↑ |
