i know you probably think that you are really huge but i know in the real world you aint.
if you wanna loose weight you should do it in a healthy way, have three good meals a day, 5 servings of fruit and veg and take regular exercise. dont go down the road of having a eating disorder, because it ruins not only your life but the life of the people around you, who love and care about you.

| yes, i agree. turn your obsession with your look into an obsession with being healthy. i'm a former bulemic and that's what i had to train myself to do. i lost more weight through that (eating healthy, 5 250 cal. meals a day, and exercising) than bulemia and barely eating. and i feel better too. ↑ |
