If your dinner is at a regular time-before 7:00p.m, it is great to have rice. I do not eat any carbohydrates after 7:00p.m. I would look at adding a little more protein into your daily food intake-even a protein shake is good. You do not want to deplete your muscles of protein, when you work out you need to add protein with in 1 hour, so your body does not "eat" its own muscles for protein. ↑ |
