your body weight can change up to 3 lbs per day simply from the amount of water you retain, etc.  =

You shocked your system. Your metabolism was used to running on 200 cals a day so it was starting to slow down. Since it got a lot of food it felt like it could speed up a bit without any threat of starving. So, it did. And you lost weight.  =

You seem excited that you were able to do this. Be very careful you are treading in dangerous waters. First of all a 200 cal a day diet is not healthy and eventually your body will rebel. On a diet such as this your body is eating not only fat but muscle. If you are young you can do this for awhile and maybe even get the results you think you want. I did this alot. Starved myself then I would binge and purge. This went on for years. My metabolism is so screwed up that it is very hard for me to loose weight now. Plus I am a bulimic which started when I was 15 tring to cut calories. I would get so hungry and I couldnt control myself. Now I am 37 still going through the same old stuff. The difference is since I hit 30 it is very hard to keep my weight down . I try so hard to eat healthy but at some point I give in and binge on junk. I think that the answer is probably eating what you want in moderation even if its a brownie. Exercising (not excessivly) but regularly and loving yourself and the body you have been given. That may sound goofy but you have to love yourself and starving yourself is not love. You can not change who you are inside by being a size 0. Becareful. Nikki  =
