Hi.
I was wondering, would you lose weight if you only had 1,200 calories everyday and excrise everyday?
Or should you just not eat for 3 days?
OR WHAT?!! please help!

Hi Jillian

You would lose more weight and more evenly if you eat 1200 cals. If you dont eat for a couple of days the next time you do your body will store the fat so you put on quicker.

Ally is right,

if you 'starve youself' your body gets all confused and doesn't know when its gonna get food next so the following time you eat it will store it. 1,200 cals is perfect to diet even 1,500 is OK, it just depends how much you would like to lose.

But getting into the habbit of 'starving' is a very bad idea, before you know it it will become a habit and will be harder to kick it!!

you would lose weight but if you just excersie and eat healthy you will lose wieght better. If you stop eating then you will gain wieght
