i've started binging and purging a little over 2 months ago. I purge about 2 times a day and only allow myself to keep a piece of toast down. i've also been taking diet pills as well as 2 multivitamins a day in an attempt to not completely jeopardize my health. i've lost almost 40lbs in the 2 month period. i did some research, which brought me to this website, and i'm scared that i've hurt myself already. is it possible that i've already caused serious damage to my body?? ↓
