does any one know any positive groups on the net or any where else that people are not judged or made to feel ashamed so that people in need can find them when they come here for help ↓

if you have ever heard of AA then you would like to know that they have EA as well it is groups of people who are all trying to cope with an eating disorder and it says to take it one day at a time and it does not operate on a penalty system and you can call people in the group when you feel weak or just need a friend ↑
