My son is LD.
I am a lyricist and was writing lyrics for a show I was developing around Max Perkins, the famous Scribner's editor who discovered F Scott Fitzgerald, Ernest Hemingway and many others.
Max was LD and I wanted him to tell the audience what his life was like and used my son's descriptions in the lyric. I think teens through older folks will hear part of their story here and receive some encouragement too.
