I am having almost the same problem. My 16-year-old daughter is very responsible and carries a 4.0 at her school. She is our middle child and she is never any trouble. Very agreeable and happy etc.
Well... she has met a 23 year old guy and they are passing themselves off as friends at this stage - but I was a 23 year old man once. I know what they are about!
My wife has done an EXTREMLEY Good job raising our girls and so far, its because my wife calls the shots in these types of cases. She hasn't been wrong yet. And in this case she says Jessica will tire of this boy quickly &/or this boys friends will shame him out of the whole deal. She said if I demand that it end and end immediately, it will only cause Jessica to want to peruse it that much more, only it'll be behind our backs & way worse than it is right now.

ME? I want to beat the boys fucking brains out - without delay.

What do I do?

Ask the guy what his intentions are and tell him if he dares to have sex with her, he's jailbait!

Of course do it without d knowing.

I was in the same boat as your daughter. I'm 16 and I was "befriended" by a 22 year-old. We dated for a little over a month then the age thing kinda got to him I guess, or that's what he said. Please talk to your daughter, don't let her mess up like I did by sleeping with this guy. It will only hurt her more when he breaks her heart. Please talk to her about how you feel. Put her on the forum and I will tell her myself that older guys want more out of a relationship than someone your age or a year or two older. I hope everything works out.
