i have a bit of a weight problem, i've lived a sedentary life for quite a few years. not looking for a quick fix since they dont keep up with ya anyway, but any tips on how to start, i basically want to tone, i weigh 285 5'9 ↑ |
SIMple, just walk! walk walkwalk walk walk walk walk walk AND drink ALOT ALOT ALOT ALOT ALOT ALOT ALOT of water when i say alot, i mean like 14 or 15 glasses a day! the more the better! ↑ |
I don't think that's much a problem...u don't weigh that much...just eat healthy foods and get plenty of exercise like jogging...and u should b fine ↑ |
