Name: justplaintired Title: My 12 year old son is out of control please help

Hi my name is Penny,Im desperate for any advice or even criticism.
My son is 12 and has just been suspended for fighting ,well it wasnt even his fight as he told me and the principle he didnt like the fact that his friend got beat up so he did something about it and doesnt care that he is suspended,when i tell him to do something he tells me NO,and if i send him to his room or try to discipline him his anger gets out of control he becomes even more defiant and threatens me and or will hit or threaten his little brother,he has told me numerous times that im very lucky im his mother or he would of done knocked me out,ive tryed counseling,ive tryed anger management nothing has helped,and when he is angry he doesnt care who he hurts and seems to have no remorse,he has actually hit me in the past.  ?

Hi, you neglect to say why he is so angry, without knowing this, it's pretty hard to go to the next step.  =
