She's 18??? Does she work? Have a car? Pay rent? Pay her bills? No matter what you tell her or advise her, she's not listening anyway. Grounding an 18 yr old???? Absurd.....She's an adult, treat her like one. Let her make her own choices and suffer the consequences. If she is having sex with a man who will not wear a condom, the consequences aren't going to affect you, they will affect her. Is this your problem to own? | Does her father know this? if your partener is aware ask him to talk to the boy and maybe straighten him out a bit.. it worked for my parents .. even though i was angry that he broke up with me the next day a week later i was over it and better for it.. if he is a respectful boy he will understand that this is the way it is to be .. but talk to your daughter and tell her about not only pregnancy but Std's .. Eg. ask her if she knew that an infection of herpes stays with you for life and stops you from being able to give birth? this is a true fact.. things like these will scare her... and if she doesn't want to use condoms except that she wont but it is absoulutely nessecary he is tested.. also go through the steps of abortion and how it can effect her life Eg. infertility, depression and other various defects.. goodluck this is a difficult one xxx ↑ |
