in the past year my family has been going thru some really hard times and my husband and daughter are just not gettin along. i am at the end of my rope i have tried to intervene but now i think maybe i should stay out of it and let them handle it my daughter is 19

Your daughter is 19 years old. She has the choice as to whether or not she wants anything to do with her father. She also has the choice as to whether or not she wants to sit down and talk and rationalize with him.

Leave it to them.
But, I would have a talk with your husband and let him know that this is upsetting you and you'd like for him to try and work things out with your daughter.

Encourage them talking every so often. Keep it up. The daughter may be in a stage she dos't want dad to know about. Mabey its a girl thing. Deffinetly a growing up thing. Later she may really need her dad.
