At 7 months old I beleive she is getting her teeth in.

Try putting tabasco sauce on the things she is chewing it worked fr both my dogs.

Does she do it mostly when you leave her alone? I know that the door and window chewing is a sign of separation anxiety. Have you tried crate training her? I am not a big fan of it but sometimes it is needed. Have you tried a Kong? They are great for boredom.
