I'm scared to go to court and have a judge tell me that I have to let my sons father take him for a little bit, even though he can't handle a baby. He has no house and he just got a job 2weeks ago. He doesn't even have enough gas money to come to see him. I don't want to be responsible to have to provid him the food, clothing, and everything that u need to take care of a baby. I can not afford to supply him and me when it comes to taking care of a baby. I can't stand it when he tells me that it's my responsibility to make sure that he gets to see his son. He gets his time and if he doesn't show up I can't make him do anything. It's not like he help me out either, he doesn't pay child support or do anything. He comes and goes as he pleases. Blood does not make a dad. I want to know how the courts ruled for custody situations. And I want to know a guys opinion of his rights when it comes to seeing his child.... In my case I am 19 and he is 23, he should either step up or leave because I am doing just fine raiseing my son. ↓
