I have been to the doctors and I have talked to almost everyone in my family. My one and a half year old boy will not stop screaming. He will scream when he wakes up, he will scream when he is tired, wet, dirty, hungry...I don't know what to do...I need any advice that can help. And I am a snigle mother.

Please someone help. I really don't know what to do. He is screaming as I type this and FOR NO REASON. He suddenly started doing this about three to four weeks ago and I am being driven nuts. I have a medical problem that is stress related as well and I love my son but this needs to stop.

Hi, didnt the doctor offer you any advice?? I have 4 kids who have all had stages of crying and screaming at some point the littlest did nothing but scream till she was 6 months!! But by 18 months he should be able to be comforted by you and make you understand if he needs something or is hurting. I would suggest taking him back to the doctors ,you are a good mum and the fact that you have recognised your son has a problem, be it attention seeking or even a medical condition the fact that you are seeking advice and help shows you really care. Trust your motherly instincts and push for help if you need it!! You know your son better that anyone. sorry im not much help but I felt urged to reply and offer you some encouragement. Bringing up kids is very stressful even more so when you have one that screams alot and your left to cope with it on your own. Keep your chin up and keep me posted on how your doing. xx
