My 7 year old with Asperger was given Ritalin about 3 months ago - They started with 5 mg (1st week) then increased to 15 mg(2nd week) by 3rd week he was given 30 mg-This med was the worst- Two weeks ago they switched him to concerta 18 mg & as of last week they doubled the dosage-I don't belive any of these meds work & they are decreasing his sleep habits - I would like to give him a natural med & I'm looking for info on any diet that would be helpful. ↓
